Hosting an event at Fordham?

• Reserve space at Fordham by using 25Live. More info on 25Live can be found here. Note: Campus space is very limited so reserve space up to one year in advance. Some campus spaces do not allow food/drink. Make sure to carefully read event space details.

• Need catering for your event? All catering orders are placed online through Catertrax. Here’s Fordham’s Catering page. Click on your selected campus. You’ll need a budget and budget number to pay for your catering.

• Use this Event Listing & Speaker Honoraria Form to have your events listed on the English Dept calendar and to get your speakers paid (must have an approved budget). Events will be listed on our Dept calendar within one week upon receipt of this form.

• Recording your class or event with an outside speaker? Make sure to have them sign this Speaker Info & Media Release Form.
